But why might this be your fault? Chances are you've added open-source projects to your codebase without ever contributing back. You might assume that means code contributions or sponsorship - and of course it might - but let's talk about the other ways you can help. The practical things you can start doing on Monday when you're back at work that don’t require budget approval. Things that will actually benefit you and your team, as well as the project.Let's explore how individual developers can make a real difference, one small contribution at a time.
